Recommended Preparation

1. Boil fresh water to 100°C to fully release the tea’s natural, nutty aroma.

2. Add 1 teaspoon (5g) of roasted soba into your cup.

3. Pour over 200–250 ml of boiling water.
   (If using a teapot, add slightly more tea.)

4. Steep for 3–5 minutes.

5. Sip, relax, and enjoy.

Re-brew the same tea leaves up to two more times.
